Designed to provide a seamless indoor outdoor living experience, The Contemporary House is a four-story private home in Karen, Nairobi. The house, which is anchored by a central courtyard, unfolds vertically through layers of airy, light-filled, and visually connected spaces.

Every level has a unique story to tell, from a relaxed basement with poolside entertainment to elegant ground-floor hosting spaces, private family retreats above, and a rooftop wellness centre.

The architecture is characterized by large windows, simple geometric shapes, and a contemporary fireplace; natural wood, grey stone, and biophilic principles create a serene, sustainable, and incredibly immersive living space.
